Everything that you already know, you had to learn first.

And some of that acquired knowledge was hard to learn, or took an

investment of time and courage. Some of it was required and necessary.

BUT, the one recurring factor in all of it (?)

We had to learn it one step at a time.

One day at a time.

One lesson at a time.

One year at a time.
